Our services range from a wide customized list sensitive to owners needs, wants and expectations to fulfill responsibility for all aspects of managing senior communities.  In order to assist we have developed a comprehensive set of operational manuals customized for each location.

Consultation – Special Projects
  • Assist owner/sponsor with site selection and evaluation.
  • Assist owner/sponsor with program and service package design.
  • Participate as a team member during the entire process ranging from predevelopment, development to start-up and ongoing operations.
  • Assist in preparations and presentations to lenders, investors and local agencies.
  • Assist with the hiring and screening of critical personnel and/or third-party support.
Management
  • Preparation of a “results oriented,” comprehensive operating business plan and operating budget. 
  • Provide and monitor a unique individual customized state of the art operating systems including accounting processes and procedures.
  • Hire and supervise a general manager.  Provide assistance in hiring, monitoring, evaluating, directing and rewarding a quality workforce.
  • Offer leadership training, advice, support and the establishment of quality controls for evaluating results.
  • Plan long-term growth strategies.

Marketing
  • Preparation of a “results driven” marketing/sales plan.
  • Leadership advice and establishing and monitoring quality control measurements.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide systems support and monitoring,
  • Assist management in evaluating competition as it relates to meeting or exceeding customer needs, wants and expectations.

Financial Systems
  • Manage the entire community accounting system by providing state of the art systems designed to maintain a consistent (positive) cash flow. 
  • Offer leadership, training and support for all financial reporting.
  • Implement internal controls of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Organize and assist with required filings as required by owners, e.g. HUD, bond and audits.
  • Support and organize distribution of monthly financial statements.
